Is your saw blade broken? Read on to see what the cause could be and how we can help you.
The blade of a pull saw is very thin and hard. This means that it saws like nothing else, but it does require a little bit of attention during use. This saw is a pull saw, which means you should only apply force when pulling. So you have to be careful not to force the movement forward (when pushing). This can run the risk of the blade twisting and breaking.

Is your saw blade broken?
It's seriously annoying if you're busy in the garden and your saw blade breaks! So that we can give a good assessment of whether the damage is covered by warranty, please send us a photo clearly showing the inside of the breakage.
We will try to determine this in the first instance based on the information you provide. Our specialists can best assess whether it is a manufacturing defect or whether it is a user error.
If you think there is a manufacturing defect, you can always send the saw to us to have it inspected. If you'd like to make use of this option, please let us know and we will send you a warranty form.
More information about our warranties can be found here.
