Is your discount code not working?
- You get a message saying the code is not valid: it has expired or is not (or is no longer) valid. You can only use a discount code once.
- You get no message, but no discount either: the code is valid, but your basket does not yet meet the conditions. For example, a code may only apply to certain products. Check the terms that came with your code.
