Which knives do we sharpen?
At our Experience Center in Apeldoorn, we sharpen all knives except serrated knives (such as bread knives) and knives with a Scandi or convex grind. Unfortunately, we can't sharpen those. You can sharpen them yourself: read how to sharpen a serrated knife, a Scandi grind or a convex grind.
