You can buy a digital gift card for an amount of your choice, or a physical gift card. To pay with it, choose "Gift Card" as your payment method at checkout and enter the code.
Buying a gift card?
- Digital gift card: choose your own amount, between €10 and €200. You'll receive it by email after ordering. Print it, forward it or give it to someone in person.
- Physical gift card worth €10, €20 or €50.

Where do we send the gift card?
- Digital: to the email address you enter at checkout. Your other order emails will go there too, so check it carefully.
- Physical: in a parcel to the address or collection point you select at checkout.
Not received your digital gift card?
We'll send your gift card within an hour of processing your payment.
Paid but still not received it? Check your spam folder. For security reasons, we only send a gift card once. Not there either? Let us know through the contact form.
Paying with a gift card?
At checkout, choose "Gift Card" as your payment method, enter your gift card code and click "Check your code". Have more gift cards? Click "Add another gift card".
- If your gift card is worth more than your order, the remaining balance stays valid.
- If your order is worth more, you pay the rest with another payment method after confirming your order.
You cannot use a gift card for an order you've already placed or exchange it for cash.
How long is a gift card valid?
A digital gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the gift card.
Paid with a gift card and cancelling or returning your order?
Paid entirely with a gift card? We'll put the amount back on your gift card, not into your bank account. Once it's processed, you can use the gift card again. Paid partly with a gift card? We'll first put the amount back on your gift card. Anything left over is refunded to your other payment method.
Is your gift card not working?
Send us a photo or screenshot of your gift card showing the code through the contact form. We cannot replace a lost or stolen code.
Gift card from another shop?
You cannot use gift cards from other shops or organisations, such as a VVV gift card, with us.
