Paid, but still received a payment reminder?
You've probably placed two orders: one where you didn't complete the payment, and one you did pay for. About 15 minutes later, you'll get a payment reminder for the unpaid order. That order expires automatically after 2.5 hours, and you'll then get a cancellation email for it. Compare the order number in the reminder with the order number in your order confirmation. You don't need to do anything.
Paid, but received a cancellation email?
You've probably placed two orders: one unpaid and one paid. The unpaid order is automatically cancelled after 2.5 hours. Your paid order will proceed as normal: compare the order number in the cancellation email with the order number in your order confirmation. You don't need to do anything. You can also see your orders in your account.
Not paid?
We automatically cancel orders that have not been paid for within 2.5 hours of being placed. Paying by bank transfer? Then we cancel your order if we haven't received your payment within 7 days. We cannot reactivate a cancelled order: please place a new one.
