Did the check fail?
Sometimes information is missing, the check does not recognise your ID, or the name on your ID does not match the name on the order. Your order will then be put on hold, and we'll email you a link to try the check again. Do this within 3 days or we'll cancel the order.

Your privacy
A British service performs the check. We don't store your ID, and our staff can't see it either. So please don't email us a copy of your ID.
Are you under 18?
We cannot send your order and will cancel it. You'll usually get your money back within 1 to 3 working days.
Keep your ID handy when your order is delivered: the delivery driver may ask your age.
