Useful info
- You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Ordered in November or December? You can return it until the end of January.
- If you use the product more than necessary to inspect it, we may charge you for the loss in value.
- You cannot return products with an engraving or other personalisation unless we've made a mistake.
- Exchanges are not possible in the UK: if your product arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, you'll receive a refund. Want a different colour or model? We'll refund you and you can place a new order.

Returning from the UK or outside the EU?
A return from the United Kingdom costs £20, including customs charges. Register your return using the form: you'll receive a payment link and, once you've paid, a return label. Is the return due to our mistake? Then we'll pay for it and you'll receive the return label free of charge.
