We always immediately try to offer a solution in the case of a defect. If we cannot solve the problem over the phone, you may send the product to us. We will then try to solve the problem ourselves. If this is not possible, we will make sure the product is sent to the manufacturer. This is always discussed with you first.
If we cannot repair the product, it will be replaced or we will look for another solution together.
