With Klarna, you pay later. Once we dispatch your order, Klarna will email you the payment details. You'll then have 14 days to pay, and you only pay for what you keep.
How to choose Klarna
- Choose "Klarna" as your payment method at checkout.
- Enter your details. Finally, Klarna will ask for your phone number.
- Enter the code Klarna sends to your phone.
Klarna, not us, approves or declines the payment.
Klarna costs an extra £1.95 per order. If you'd rather not pay it, choose another payment method.
When is Klarna not available?
You cannot choose Klarna:
- For an order containing a product that is not yet in stock.
- If you're paying with a gift card or buying a gift card.
With Klarna, you can only choose home delivery, not a collection point.
Not received an email or invoice from Klarna?
You'll find our invoice in your dispatch email, even if you pay with Klarna. Klarna also issues its own invoice: your payment details are in your Klarna account and the Klarna app. Is your order not there? Let us know through the contact form and enter your order number.
