Does your torch not work or charge, or are some modes not working? You can often fix it yourself. Check these things first:
- New torch? Remove the plastic transport cap from the battery.
- Charge the torch using a different cable and charger.
- Take out the battery and put it back in, making sure the positive and negative ends are the right way round.
- If the torch only lights up while connected to the charger, the battery is probably faulty.
