Use our withdrawal form to cancel your entire order yourself, even if it's already been sent. All you need is your order number and email address. You'll then get an email explaining what happens next:
- Not yet sent: we'll cancel your order.
- Already sent or received: your order becomes a return. You'll automatically get an email with your returns form and instructions.
You can withdraw your order up to 30 days after delivery. You can't withdraw engraved or otherwise personalised products, or gift cards. Read when you'll get your money back.
