Use our withdrawal form to cancel your entire order yourself, even if it's already been sent. All you need is your order number and email address. You'll then get an email explaining what happens next:
- Not yet sent: we'll cancel your order.
- Already sent or received: your order becomes a return. You'll automatically receive an email with your returns form and instructions.
You can withdraw your order within 30 days of delivery. Engraved or otherwise personalised products and gift cards are excluded. Read when you'll receive a refund.
