When you place an order, you will receive confirmation that we have received your order after payment. After that, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
If we have not received payment yet, we will send you a payment reminder after 15-30 minutes.
A reason for delay may be that a product was not in stock when you ordered. The delivery time of the product on the website is a good indication of when the product will be back in stock.
If it takes longer than hoped, you can contact our customer service department to look at other options.
