How it works
- Create your design in our DesignTool, before or after ordering. Choose where you want it on your product. Your design will get a design number.
- Order the engraving service along with the product you want engraved.
- After ordering, you'll get an email from us. Reply with your design number, the product to engrave and where you'd like the engraving.
- We'll check everything and engrave your product. Then we'll send your order.

The same design on multiple products?
Order the engraving service once per design. If the same design goes on four knives, you pay once. For two different designs, you pay twice.
What will the engraving look like?
- We engrave everything that's black in your design. Use a sharp image: details can be lost if the image is small or blurry.
- On uncoated steel, the engraving will be grey to black; on steel with a black coating, it will be light grey to white. Is your product another colour? Tell us whether you'd prefer a dark or light engraving.
- We use a laser to engrave flat steel surfaces and some types of leather. We can't engrave plastic, micarta or rubber.
- The engraving may differ slightly from what you had in mind. We'll make it look as good as possible.
How long does it take?
If we have everything we need straight away, we usually send your order as quickly as we would without engraving, sometimes 1 working day later. It may take longer during busy periods or for a large engraving order.
Returns and warranty
You can't return or cancel an engraved product unless we've made a mistake. Your warranty still applies.
