Order cancelled before dispatch: you'll usually get your money back within 1 to 3 working days.
Return: you'll get an email when your parcel arrives with us. After that, it takes up to 14 days.
Sent your return with DHL? Your parcel first goes to our collection warehouse in Emmerich, Germany. Returns go from there to our warehouse in the Netherlands a few times a week. You'll get the email confirming we've received your return once it arrives in the Netherlands.
We'll refund you using the payment method you used. Credit card and PayPal refunds can take a few days longer.
Paid with a gift card? We'll put the amount back on your gift card. Paid partly with a gift card? We'll first put the amount back on your gift card. Any remaining amount is refunded to your other payment method.
Search for the amount: the refund often appears under Buckaroo, not Knivesandtools.

Will you get the shipping costs back?
If you return your entire order, we'll also refund the shipping costs you paid when ordering. If you return only part of it, we'll refund the price of those products but not the shipping costs.
