Useful info
- You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Ordered in November or December? You can return it until the end of January.
- If you use the product more than necessary to inspect it, we may charge you for the loss in value.
- You cannot return products with an engraving or other personalisation unless we've made a mistake.
- You can only exchange within the EU, and only for exactly the same product, for example if it arrived damaged. From outside the EU, you'll receive a refund. Want a different colour or model? We'll refund you and you can place a new order.

Returning from the UK or outside the EU?
From outside the EU, you arrange and pay for the return yourself, including any customs and VAT charges. Is the return due to our mistake? Then we'll refund the shipping costs and the customs charges. Please send us your bank details and the payment receipts.
