Yes. From Sweden, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days of delivery using the label or instructions we email you. If you return it another way, you pay the shipping costs yourself.
Returning from another country?
Free returns are only available from Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden: within 30 days of delivery, using the label or instructions we email you. This also applies if you ordered from one of our other webshops.
From another country, such as Lithuania, you pay the shipping costs yourself. Even then, register your return using the return form, and we'll send you everything you need. From outside the EU, for example from Switzerland, Norway or the US, you arrange and pay for the return yourself, including any customs and VAT charges.
Is a return from outside the EU due to our mistake? Then we'll refund the shipping costs and the customs charges. Please send us your bank details and the payment receipts.
Will you get your original shipping costs back?
If you return your entire order, we'll also refund the shipping costs you paid when ordering. If you return only part of it, you'll receive a refund for those products, but not the shipping costs. Read more about refunds under refunds.
