You can easily request a return via your account by going to your order. When you click on "View order details" you will see "Register return" listed above your order overview.

If you use our contact form to register your return we will send you your return number and the correct details. Print the return form and add it to your return. Write the return number on the form and add it as well.

Things to keep in mind
- You can return your order within 30 days after delivery.
- If there is any damage to the product as a result of use that does not include determining the functionality of the goods, we reserve the right to charge depreciation.
- It is not possible to exchange your item for another item by returning it. Instead, we will give you a refund and you can then place another order on our website
Conditions
When returning one or more items, please ensure that everything is properly packed to avoid transport damage. It is preferable to return your item in the box it came in.
