The product page shows when we expect a product back in stock. If it says "± 1 week", for example, we expect it in about a week. The supplier gives us that date. Our customer service team has no more information than what's on the website.
What does the status mean?
- In stock: we have the product in our warehouse.
- ± 3 days to ± 2 months: we've ordered the product. The delivery time is an estimate, so allow for possible delays.
- Not available: we haven't ordered the product from the supplier, and it may not come back. You can't order it, even through our customer service team.
Want to know when it's back in stock?
There are two ways to get notified when the product is back in stock.
- On the product page: click "Notify me when this product is back in stock", enter your email address and click "Keep me informed". You'll get one email when the product arrives. You won't receive any more unless you sign up again.
- Via your Wish List: in your "Wishlist", under "Notify me", tick "Let me know when the product is back in stock". This one tick applies to all products on your Wish List. You'll get an email for each product every time it's back in stock. Don't want these emails any more? Untick the box.
That email isn't a reservation: popular products can sell out again quickly, so don't wait too long to order.
Can you reserve a product?
Simply order it, even if it's not in stock. Once you've paid, it's reserved for you and we'll send it when it arrives. If it says "Not available", you can't order it, even through our customer service team.
