Within the EU, you never pay extra charges on delivery. If you live outside the EU, you don't pay Dutch VAT to us, but your country may charge import duties, VAT and carrier fees on delivery. You pay these to the carrier or customs, not to us.
United Kingdom
Our UK prices include VAT, import duties and customs clearance fees. You therefore pay nothing extra on delivery.
Switzerland and Norway
On delivery, you pay your country's import duties and VAT to the carrier or customs, not to us.
United States
US customs may charge import duties. These depend on the type of product, its country of origin and its value. Read more about US import duties.
Taking your order outside the EU yourself?
If you take an order worth €50 or more to a country outside the EU yourself, you can reclaim the VAT. Read how to reclaim the VAT.
