Has your saw blade broken? Send us a photo of the inside of the break so we can assess whether it's covered by warranty.
How does a saw blade break?
A pull saw's blade is very thin and hard. This makes it excellent at sawing, but you need to take care how you use it. Only apply pressure when pulling. If you force the forward, pushing stroke, the blade can bend and break.

Is it covered by warranty?
Our specialists will assess whether it's a manufacturing defect or caused by use. We'll first look at your photo and explanation. Think it's a manufacturing defect? You can always send us the saw to have it checked. We'll give you a warranty number, as with any warranty claim.
